We are a self serve frozen yogurt shop. This means you, as the customer, get to make your own yogurt. You choose which flavor, how much of it, which toppings and how much of those toppings, all the way down to the sauces and which color spoon you'd like. The price is determined by weight, so the more you add, the more you pay. We charge 69¢ per ounce.
We offer a variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, and original tart every day. Three flavors change about every week or so, depending on how busy we are and how popular the flavor is. Our rotating flavors always consist of one dairy free/vegan, one no-sugar-added, and one nonfat or lowfat flavor. Check the front page for the current flavors or give us a call before you come down!
Yes, we offer sorbet which is a water based soft serve. Sorbet is both dairy free and vegan.
We do not offer sugar free flavors but NO-SUGAR-ADDED, or NSA, instead. These NSA flavors still have sugar in them but about half the amount (even less than half in some cases) as the other options. There is an artificial sweetener used in these products.
Ice cream and froyo are both desserts made mostly of milk and sugar. Froyo is made with cultured milk which contains healthy bacteria such as L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus. Froyo is lower in fat and calories than most ice creams and higher in probiotics than all ice creams.
